What to Watch For: The film is written by Mattson Tomlin, who also wrote the upcoming Matt Reeves directed film The Batman.

Word on the Street: Directors of this film, Henry Joost and Ariel Schulman, created the documentary Catfish (2010) that created the hit TV show.

My Take: This should be a fun film to watch, and I always enjoy seeing Joseph Gordon-Levitt on the screen.

Word on the Street: The year before filming, the Texas Boys State made national news when that year they voted to secede from the United States.

My Take: My critic friends who saw the film at one of the festivals have raved about this movie.
