Four teenagers discover an old video game console, and when they fire the machine up, they are transported into the game as the characters. Jumanji: Welcome to the Jungle Website

What to Watch For:  The four teenagers are played in the video game by Dwayne Johnson, Kevin Hart, Jack Black and Karen Gillan.

Word on the Street:  Karen Gillan's outfit is based on the Laura Croft video game outfits. Karen's character keeps talking about how impractical the outfit is for the jungle.

My Take:  It will be interesting to see if there is some a tribute to Robin Williams in the film.

The film opens nationwide on Wednesday.

Word on the Street:  Zendaya did all of her own trapeze stunts in the film.

My Take:  I can't think of anyone else to play the role of P.T. Barnum than Hugh Jackman.

Word on the Street:  Many film critics feel that Hong Chau, who plays a Vietnamese dissident who Paul meets after he is downsized, could get an Academy Award nomination for her role.

My Take:  Co-writer/director Alexander Payne has made some of my favorite films of the past decade including Election, Sideways, The Descendants, and Nebraska.
