A documentary that delves into the organic food industry. What is "organic," and what are the health benefits? Is organic farming better for you and better for the environment? The film examines these topics and also answers if a truly organic agriculture system can be self-sustaining with the current economic climate.

Note: Director Kiplan Pastor will be in attendance at the screening.

Eurocrime! The Italian Cop and Gangster Films that Ruled the '70's (2011)

This is a documentary on Italian cop movies that dominated the Italian film industry in the 70's. Hollywood films such as, Dirty Harry and The Godfather, inspired the Italian industry to create a whole series of films centered on cops, violence and the Sicilian Mafia. These films soon evolved to mirror the Mafia-driven, real-life crimes that were occurring in Italy at that time.

That's What She Said (2012)

Actress Carrie Preston (True Blood, The Good Wife) directs this tale of two longtime best friends Bebe (Marcia DeBonis) and DeeDee (Anne Heche) who are experiencing the trials and tribulations of love. Bebe has just met someone, but she isn't quite sure if he is the "one," and DeeDee is trying desperately to forget someone. Along comes Clementine (Alia Shawkat), a young woman who has love problems of her own. The three women decide to journey to the big city of New York to get away and explore the world.

Note: Scriptwriter Kellie Overbey and Director Carrie Preston will be in attendance at the screening.

Documentary on the life and times of the legendary musician Bob Marley, from his early days, to his days as an international superstar of the Reggae world, to his untimely death.

Boy, an 11 year-old living in Waihau Bay, New Zealand with his younger brother, Rocky and his grandmother, is obsessed with Michael Jackson. His world is changed when his long lost father shows up, a father whom he has never known. Boy now must come to grips with the realization that his father will never live up to image of his father that he imagined over the years.

Derby Baby: A Story of Love, Addiction and Rink Rash (2012)

A documentary, narrated by Juliette Lewis (Whip It), which explores the growing sport of woman's roller derby, a sport that has grown to almost 20,000 female league-skaters and has a devoted fan-following.

The Cabin in the Woods (2012)

The closing night film of the Atlanta Film Fest presents this horror film about five friends who go to a remote cabin in the woods. From the Buffy the Vampire Slayer team of Joss Whedon and Drew Goddard comes a new take on the horror genre that was the talk of the recent SXSW Film Festival.

Note: Actress Kristen Connolly will be in attendance at the screening.

Sunday April 1st.

On Sunday, The Atlanta Film Festival will be showing some of the more popular films of the Film Festival and will be presenting the winners of the Documentary and Narrative Competition.

All films will be shown at the Landmark Art Cinema.
