Police Identify Victims In Spa Killing

ATLANTA - (AP/WAOK) - Authorities have identified the victims of a deadly shooting spree that left five family members dead at a Korean spa in Gwinnett County.

Norcross Police have identified the victims as 61-year-old Kum Hi Song, 64-year-old Byong Ok Kang, 57-year-old Kum Sook Kim and 55-year-old Tae Yol Kim.

Police said the gunman was 59-year-old Jeong Soo Paek. They say he killed his two sisters and their husbands and then committed suicide.

The rampage happened late Tuesday at the Su Jung Health Sauna, a gathering place for Korean-Americans.

Police didn't immediately have a motive, but say they believe it could have involved a financial dispute.

Friends of the victims say they were respected members of their community.
