Former 'Empire' Star Jussie Smollett Is Suing City Of Chicago

Jussie Smollett, formerly of the TV series "Empire," has filed a lawsuit against the city of Chicago. The actor, who allegedly faked a racist and homophobic attack on himself, filed the suit as a counter to the city's lawsuit against him.
