Ex-NFL Player Steve Gleason Awarded Congressional Gold Medal For ALS Work

Former New Orleans Saints player Steve Gleason was awarded a Congressional Gold Medal Wednesday, the highest honor Congress can bestow on a civilian. Gleason was recognized for his work as a leading advocate for people living with ALS, also known as Lou Gehrig's disease.
