Drinking And Driving Video Leads To Arrest

A Hawaiian man is facing drunk driving charges after posting a video of himself drinking and driving online.  Police in Kapa'a say Richard Godbehere shot the video of himself while driving and said, quote, "I'm so happy to be drinking and driving."  He added "we all know drinking and driving is against the law.  You're not supposed to do that.  But they didn't say anything about driving and drinking."

Officials apparently weren't laughing when they were told about it from viewers who saw it and found Godbehere to take him into custody.   The "Star-Advertiser" says the 53-year-old posted another video where he said the bottle he was drinking from actually contained cream soda.
