What to Watch For:  This is a sequel to the surprise 2012 hit, with most of the cast coming back, including Judi Dench, Maggie Smith, and Bill Nighy.

Word on the Street:  The film was shot in India and uses the local culture and scenes to great advantage.

My Take:  I always enjoy watching Bill Nighy in comedies.

Chappie

"Chappie"  (2015)

In the near future, crime is put down by an aggressive mechanized police force.  Deon (Dev Patel) is a young programmer who steals Chappie from the police force and begins programming him to think and feel for himself. "Chappie" Website

What to Watch For:  The film is directed by Neill Blomkamp, who directed the fantastic "District 9" (2009).

Word on the Street: The film is being re-mastered to the IMAX format.

My Take:  The film has been talked about since production began in 2013.

"Unfinished Business"  (2015)

A small business owner (Vince Vaughn) travels to Europe with two associates (Tom Wilkinson, Dave Franco) to close the most important deal of his life.   Unfortunately, everything that can go wrong does, and the deal may never go down. "Unfinished Business" Website

What to Watch For:  Vince Vaughn worked with director Ken Scott on the film, "Delivery Man" (2013), which was a remake of Scott's film, "Starbuck" (2011).

Word on the Street:  Dave Franco has been on a hot streak lately with "The Lego Movie" (2014), "Neighbors" (2014) and "22 Jump Street."

My Take:  I have high hopes for this comedy as the trailer is very funny.

"Kidnapping Mr. Heineken"  (2015)

In 1983, a group of childhood friends pulled off the crime of the century as they kidnapped the heir to the Heineken beer empire and got the largest ransom ever for an individual. "Kidnapping Mr. Heineken" Website

What to Watch For:  The film stars Anthony Hopkins, Sam Worthington, Jim Sturgess, and Ryan Kwanten.

Word on the Street:  The film is based on a true story.

My Take:  Anthony Hopkins is one of my favorite actors.

Mr. Turner

"Mr. Turner"  (2014)

The life of legendary artist J.M.W. Turner (Timothy Spall) considered one of the great painters of the 1800s, "Mr. Turner." "Mr. Turner" Facebook page

What to Watch For:  Many critics thought Spall's performance was worthy of an Oscar nomination.

Word on the Street:  Spall won the Best Actor award at the 2014 Cannes Film Festival.

My Take:  I am eager to see this film after it has gotten so many raving reviews.

The lives of two families are changed forever when a cyclist is killed on a road by a person driving a Jeep late at night. "Human Capital" Website

What to Watch For: The film has been winning numerous awards at film festivals including several audience awards.

Word on the Street:  Critics have been raving about the performance of Valeria Bruni Tedeschi in the film.

My Take:  I keep hearing great things about this film.
