Va. state senator stabbed in possible attempted murder-suicide
Virginia state Senator Creigh Deeds is in fair condition with stab wounds to his head and chest. Police say the 55-year-old Democrat was apparently stabbed by his son, who was found dead inside the family home from a gunshot wound. Evidence points to a possible murder-suicide attempt.
