U.S. claims Russia may have defied treaty, report says
The U.S. is raising concerns that Russia may have violated a 1987 missile treaty, signed by President Reagan and soviet leader Mikhail Gorbachev, that helped end the Cold War. The New York Times reports American officials believe Russia began testing medium-range missiles in 2008. The U.S. informed NATO of the alleged breach this month. Norah O'Donnell reports.
