Security summit targets Nigeria's Boko Haram

An international summit convened to devise a strategy for tackling Boko Haram, the Islamic militant group that kidnapped more than 200 Nigerian schoolgirls in April. Nigerian President Goodluck Jonathan tried to convey the message that everything was under control. But local police in the region say they don't have the resources to fight the terror group.
