Obama calls for calm in Ferguson, describes chaos in broader context of race

For the first time, President Barack Obama described the chaos in Ferguson in a broader context of race, upward mobility and prejudice. U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder will also travel to Ferguson Wednesday to meet with community leaders and investigators. Major Garrett reports from the White House.
