McCain: I don't think Obama should have asked for Congressional approval on Syria strike

Senator John McCain (R-Ariz.), told "CBS This Morning" that this is a "critical moment" for the U.S. to act militarily against the Syrian regime. He added that unless the U.S. responds, "our word is invalid" and that based on the War Powers Act, President Obama could and should have acted against Syria without a Congressional vote.
