Mary Barra becomes auto industry's first female CEO

In choosing Mary Barra to succeed retiring CEO Dan Akerson, General Motors will become the first American automaker with a woman at the helm. Barra has been with the company since 1980, and her appointment makes GM the biggest company in America ever to be headed by a woman. Anthony Mason reports
