Little progress in U.S.-Russia deal on Syria's chemical weapons

      |U.S. and Russian diplomats met at the U.N. in hopes of working out the details of a proposed deal to have Syria give up its chemical weapons. The U.S. says Russia's public statements since the agreement have been counterproductive, and President Obama said in his speech that the threat of force must be included in any U.N. resolution.
