Leahy: Court overturning DOMA a "major step toward full equality"
The Supreme Court's decision to overturn the Defense of Marriage Act "affirms my belief that the Constitution protects the rights of all Americans," said Sen. Patrick Leahy, D-Vt., expressing his hope that the "anti-discrimination" decision "will apply to our immigration laws" as well.
