GOP rep. pushes paid time off in lieu of overtime pay

Martha Roby, R-Ala., in the weekly GOP address on Saturday, pushing the Working Families Flexibilty Act, a bill that she said would allow private employees to accrue "comp time, or paid time off, in exchange for overtime."
