In 1956, photographer Alfred Wertheimer was assigned to capture the rise of a young performer named Elvis Presley. The best of his photos are part of a giant new book, "Elvis and the Birth of Rock and Roll." Anthony Mason speaks to Wertheimer about working with Elvis.
