Controversial type of guardrail at the center of new lawsuits

The families of three people killed in crashes last year involving a controversial type of guardrail filed lawsuits Wednesday in Tennessee. The state's department of transportation sent a letter to federal regulators expressing concerns about the X-Lite guardrails, and is spending millions to remove 1,800 of them from state roads.
