Condoleezza Rice on new book promoting democracy

Former Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice was appointed national security adviser by President George W. Bush in 2001. Four years later, she became the first female African-American secretary of state. Rice joins "CBS This Morning" to discuss why she decided to write her book, "Democracy: Stories from the Long Road to Freedom."
