Could someone from 48 Hours please explain how you're offering videos? While everything has worked smoothly here for years, last week's video was blocked outside the U.S. until a week later (Saturday) and the new episode's Sneak Preview ("Collision Course") doesn't work --which doesn't bode well for the upcoming full episode itself. A good many potential viewers have been requesting information now since September 30, when things began to go awry. If 48 Hours is now planning to block abroad, at least have the courtesy to inform your audience so that we can stop wasting time coming to a site in the false hope of actually watching your work. It may be time to start familiarizing ourselves with similar shows on ABC and MSNBC.

John, in school you were always so nice, I can not understand how you and your family has been able to cope with all of this. I know you admired your sister, most of the school admired her, and I am so sorry you have to live each day without her. My prayers are with your family.

Such a tragic case. The guy is clearly a psychopath. He should be put to death.

That sick, disgusting animal. Usually I'm not so moved, but I hope this sociopath doesn't get another chance through his appeals.

How is it that she survived war only to die on her home ground? I am so sorry that she is gone. It just doesn't make sense that she could survive a horrible conflict and come home safe just to lose her life in her home country.

The blocked videos used to be fixed after a while. Last week it wasn't fixed for either the Sneak Peek or the episode. Someone from 48 hours just came on and said nothing more than "refresh your browser." That, of course, doesn't work.

I live in Brazil and I can't always view the videos, either, but the problem is usually fixed eventually by someone. I don't think your living outside North America has anything to do with the problem.

Why is it that no one at CBSnews.com has the fundamental courtesy to answer the many people who have come to the 48 Hour site and questioned why, suddenly, they are no longer able to access the videos? I live in Europe. Are 48 Hour videos no longer available in the region? Why do the videos on the rest of the site work? I've left many queries, as have a good many others. All these viewers are doing is requesting information about appreciating your work.
