Romney, Obama spar over foreign policy

Gov. Mitt Romney gave a speech on foreign policy and attempted to paint himself as someone who would be a strong commander-in-chief, and later, President Obama fired back and highlighted his administration's foreign policy successes. CBS News' Jan Crawford reports.
