Obama campaign fires back at Romney's foreign-policy speech

President Obama's campaign harshly criticized Mitt Romney's foreign policy speech before he even delivered it saying it failed the commander in chief test. Nancy Cordes reports this new aggressive approach is in part to try and stem the damage from Obama's flat debate performance.
