Without USAID, Russia's NGOs lacking essential funds

The U.S. Agency for International Development closed its offices in Russia after the Kremlin accused it of political meddling. Many said the move was part of Moscow's crackdown on pro-democracy groups. But as Amanda Walker of Sky News reports, USAID also supported non-governmental organizations helping many in need.
