Hospitals across the country are looking for ways to close revolving doors so fewer Medicare patients are readmitted within a month after being released. Under the Affordable Care Act, there are now penalties when that happens. Ben Tracy reports on what one Los Angeles hospital is doing to save money for itself and for taxpayers.
