Doesn't matter whether people sorta think they did it, feel they did it or whatever, it doesn't even matter if they did do it, you can't convict people without evidence. Oh wait, apparently you can. Okay, you shouldn't convict people without evidence.

god bless american justice. more and more people get framed by ignorant, poorly-trained, incapable police, and once the charges are filed, the whole world seems going against them. its not so much about finding truth anymore. its about blaming someone, and once thats done, its almost impossible to undo it without going thru hell all over again.

Infidelity, money and gambling. If these two ladies had an alibi, aside from each other, as to their whereabouts that day then I would be convinced that this was someone else. However, they both seem very disconnected emotionally up until they are interviewed behind glass. This causes red flags to go up in my head. I am not saying they are or are not guilty, but with missing voicemails and the juggling of vehicles the day prior to the murder... it all just seems a bit too suspicious.

They say she did not call her husband but she DID call 911. Why then?

It's unbelievable they convicted these two ladies. No evidence whatsoever. Close cell phone towers do switch when overloaded, and anyway, you cannot convict somebody on the sole evidence of cell phones, because for example the killer could even steal phones temporarily if they plan to kill somebody in order to blame someone else

Anyone else notice how those two didn't show a single trace of emotion, or shed a single tear until after they were behind bars?
But oh no now since they're the ones in a bad situation, the one was crying a river, all those tears for herself, poor her now that it's me that's in trouble the emotion is overwhelming, but when her husband took 4 bullets in the back, nothing, smiles and laughs.
I am convinced these self centered, narcissistic hags did it.

I'm concerned about the accuracy of the cell phone tower data. More and more cases are seemingly hinged upon this evidence. I believe that there may be some truth to the fact that if one tower is overloaded activity maybe shifted to another tower. With people's lives hanging in the balance I believe more studies on this need to be conducted. I don't know if I am completely convinced of the innocence of these two women however there is a difference between being innocent and the state not being able to prove it's case . I believe there was insufficient evidence to convict these women and my hope is they are awarded an appeal.

think insufficient evidence, bungled inquiry and incompetence on part of police that the two ladies should be able to win an appeal as mistrial. there's no mention here of ballistics study or casings retrieved and nothing from coronor's report. there's no report or comment on whether the two ladies had guns or gun licenses. anybody can kill in white capris and flipflops-- this isn't an issue because it only takes a few minutes to change trousers and walking in marshy ground in flipflops is actually nearly ideal because feet are relatively easy to clean. seems insuficient evidence. and there is too great a possibility tht it might be a different party altogether. also phone records are only given for times or radio towers, but they could have recovered some of the messages-- and the reaction of the ladies in prison seems absolutely genuine that they were not involved or did not kill Bryan. However, their ability to collaborate is also suspicious... too many questions. reasonable doubt and lack of evidence. they might be guilty, but from what's given here, hey should not be in prison. but then there is another whole argument that maybe Bryan ws set up from beginning because he was aphilanderer and she knew it, but she was gold-digger. thre is hearsay here, but no real proof and no real evidence.

When a person accused of murder makes comments such as "there was no DNA, there were no finger prints, no weapon, no nothing," I'm immediately suspicious. That sounds more like "why did they convict/arrest me" versus "I didn't do it!!!!!" I've noticed that a lot of guilty people tend to resort to this tactic... they go after the "injustice" of the trial, investigation, etc, instead of actually proclaiming from the roof tops that they didn't commit the crime.
