Investigation into Wis. man's death in police custody reopened

The Milwaukee County district attorney is re-opening its investigation into the death of a man in police custody. Police video from July 2011 shows shows Derek Williams handcuffed in the back of a police car gasping for air. Officers and paramedics administered CPR but Williams was pronounced dead on the scene 45 minutes later.
