Obama: Romney's plan won't cover pre-existing conditions

During the first presidential debate in Denver, Colo., President Obama stated that Gov Romney's health care plan duplicates what's already in law and won't cover preexisting conditions. Mitt Romney responded, "I do have a plan that deals with people with pre-existing conditions."
