When Obama went on his infamous "Apology Tour", I thought he was apologizing for the bad behavior of our military personnel abroad. And, as a veteran, I was completely offended. I am beginning to think he meant American Contractors abroad.

here is a prime example of government waste. Instead of cutting benefits for Americans who are struggling to make it in this crap economic depression, the money saved from practicing better control and transparent oversight to account for each dollar and management decisions can be diverted to where the money could be made better use of, such as taking care of our own.For contractors to engage in corruption is like saying to those of us struggling in the USA: We are the Haves because of the huge sums of money handed to us. and it is not only the money, but also the future and reputation of our country they are messing with. Are all contractors corrupt? Is it the nature of the business to engage in some form of corruption to get the most profit from a dollar?
