Prosecutors give up on Holmes' notebook

Prosecutors in the case against James Holmes, the suspect in the massacre at a Colorado movie theater, gave up their demand to get a hold of a notebook of his writings that Holmes mailed to his psychiatrist before the shooting, reports Barry Petersen.
