Boehner gives Pelosi a hand at congressional nail ceremony

Congressional leaders joined in a bipartisan ceremony Thursday to officially kick off construction for the site where either President Obama or Mitt Romney will be sworn in on January 21, 2013. Participants included Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid, D-Nev., House Majority Leader Eric Cantor, R-Va., Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi, D-Calif., and House Speaker John Boehner, R-Ohio - who jumped in to help a struggling Pelosi finish off her nail.

With all of the grounds of the White House available why do we need to spend any more money on a platform for the swearing in. Use what is there and make it work. Then put the savings toward the deficite or give it back to the struggling Tax Payers of this country or better yet to our SS and Medicare programs you hve stolen from. You are not celebrities you are the Represenatives of this Country so do not display us as errogant even though you may be. REMEMBER elections are around the corner and if I were you I'd think before I act. What was the cost?
