9/11 airline dispatcher battles for benefits

Michael Winter, an airline dispatcher who was working on 9/11, has been diagnosed with PTSD resulting from that day. But, as Mark Strassmann reports, Winter is fighting an uphill battle to get approved for medical benefits.
