Concern over transfer of Bagram prison to Afghans

A major milestone was reached in Afghanistan when the U.S. transferred control of the Bagram prison outside Kabul to the Afghans. Scott Pelley spoke with Charlie D'Agata about how the Afghans now control the fate of thousands of prisoners, many of which are members of the Taliban.
