9/11 workers to receive financial assistance for cancer treatment

This 9/11 anniversary offers more hope and relief for some of the sickest people who lived or worked at the World Trade Center. Many who have cancer will start receiving federal financial assistance soon. Ines Ferre reports on one 9/11 first responder who blames his cancer on the months he spent at ground zero.
