Clinton: Syria's chemical weapons are of special concern

Hillary Clinton met with President Vladimir Putin, urging the Russian leader to help end the Syrian conflict, but came away with no agreement. Margaret Brennan sat down with the secretary of state, who said the Syrian stockpile of chemical weapons is of special concern especially if they fall into the wrong hands.
