Would military cuts hurt national security?

Sequestration is on the horizon - meaning $1.2 trillion in automatic cuts to federal programs through 2021. Half of those cuts will be to military spending. But, as Sharyl Attkisson reports, some are saying slashing the Pentagon's budget doesn't have to hurt national security.
