Biden jokes, "I almost got arrested" once at Ohio University

During a campaign stop in Athens, Ohio, on Saturday, Vice President Joe Biden said the last time he was in the town, playing against the Ohio University football team in 1963, he almost got arrested for walking into a girls' dormitory.

The women of today prefer coed dorms, and loys of birth control, paid for by the public.
