Romney sees no bounce after RNC

In a Gallup poll taken before the Republican National Convention, Mitt Romney had a one-point lead over President Obama. But, in a similar poll taken right after the convention, the president had a one-point edge over Romney -- evidence that the RNC did little to change the political landscape. CBS News chief Washington correspondent Bob Schieffer explains the numbers.
