Teacher allegedly leads bullying of student - cellphone video

A teacher in Gig Harbor, Wash. has been suspended for 10 days and reassigned as a substitute teacher for the rest of the school year, following an alleged incident of leading a bullying incident against a student, in a classroom. The incident was captured on cellphone video, shot by students in the class. KIRO's Chris Legeros reports.
