The Republican National Convention, which was supposed to kick off Monday in Tampa, Florida, has been delayed by tropical storm Isaac until Tuesday. Caroline Horn, CBS News Senior Producer for Politics, joins UTTM from Tampa to discuss what the weather delay means for the convention.
