Ark. police car shooting: Questions not going away

Chavis Carter was arrested in Jonesboro, Ark. and handcuffed in the back seat of a police car, where he died in police custody. His death has been ruled a suicide by police, who claim Carter had a gun and shot himself. WREG's Wayne Carter reports on the many questions that remain in the case.
