NASA launching probes into Van Allen Belt

NASA is sending up two identical spacecraft known as Radiation Belt Storm Probes into the hazardous Van Allen Belt. As CBSNews.com's Nick Dietz reports, the probes will be used to help scientists improve communications in space and on Earth.
