- Of course he killed her intentionally--and he's not the first to do something like that. He could have stopped any time he wanted--it's a natural reflex to stop your car before killing anything, even a squirrel. I'm surprised he took the chance of killing Amal; it's obvious that he was after Noor, because he aimed for her even after hitting Amal. And if you hit your own child, you don't "panic" and drive away. No rational person, particularly a parent, would believe that for one moment. If you don't want your child to be Westernized, don't move to the West--duh!

- He should have gotten the 1st degree murder, life without parole. She was a beautiful young woman, he was pure evil.

- Yes, Noor's father should have absolutely been charged with First degree murder. Like the prosecutor said, he used his belief of the meaning of honor to cold-heartedly murder his daughter and severely injure his friends. No religion in history advocates this. Another example of people using religion to define something different, as an excuse for heinous actions. May this sweet girl rest in peace. She did nothing wrong. All she was tying to do was live a normal American life.

- she definitely was a victim of her father.. This is not the way we act in this country.. she was just trying to be a normal teen. He was sure he was being dishonered..It was barbaric. now she is gone and that is so sad..
