Speaking of "rich," THIS is rich: Paul Ryan accusing Barack Obama of partisanship! There's never BEEN a more partisan budget written than Paul Ryan's "Path to Prosperity"!

No income tax at all on capital gains or dividends. Tax rate reductions that benefit the richest Americans and corporations most. "Voucherizing" Medicare. Block-granting Medicaid and cutting the federal contribution by a third. Increased funding for defense, and huge cuts in everything else the federal government does, from food stamps and Pell grants to air traffic control, OSHA, and EPA. (And somewhere offstage, future plans to privatize Social Security.)

There isn't much that the U.S. Conference of Catholic Bishops and the "Nuns on the Bus" can AGREE on, but they agree that Ryan's budget is profoundly immoral. EVERY budget is a moral as well as a partisan document. The bishops and the nuns are right: Ryan's budget steals from the poor and middle class to give to the rich!

Ryan is confusing President Obama with the Republican GOP = Government Obstructionist Party. You know republicans in government that blocks and stops everything proposed by the President and Democrats that would help ordinary Americans. But they want us to think it's all President Obama's fault. Nice try!
