GOP using Biden "chains" remark to distract from policy, Carney says

During the daily White House briefing Thursday, press secretary Jay Carney told CBS News' Nancy Cordes that Republicans and the media are trying to use Vice President Joe Biden's controversial remark this week that the GOP wants to put them back "in chains" as an excuse to distract from the policy debate.

Yep--The GOP planned it all along! You know that answer/statement from Carney says it all--they have a lot of 'spokesmen' who are struggling in the intellect dept. Keep talking liberals--every day --another gaff--the people are watching!
