Mass shooting victims plead for tougher gun control

For victims Mindy Finkelstein and Josh Stepakoff of the 1999 North Valley Jewish Community mass shooting, the physical wounds have healed but their psychological ones return every time there's another mass shooting. Ben Tracy reports on how the two of them are pushing for stronger gun laws.
