A teenager is being hailed a hero after persuading a gunman who'd taken her hostage in the Yuba City, Calif., sporting goods store where she works part-time to turn himself in, ending a four-hour standoff. Co-worker Matt Rasul says Allyson Taylor's strength helped everyone through the ordeal. They both visited "CBS This Morning: Saturday."
