8/10: Drought brings higher food prices, disease; pitching in to paint a town

The Great Drought of 2012 is going to mean higher food prices for everyone. It's also creating ideal breeding weather for mosquitoes that carry West Nile Virus; And, Steve Hartman revisits Glouster, Ohio, where widower Jim Cotter started a volunteer effort to fix up the dilapidated neighborhood. Now, hundreds of volunteers from across the country are traveling to Glouster to help out.
