"Stop and Frisk" - NYPD's controversial tool

The New York City Police Department's controversial "Stop and Frisk" strategy allows officers to stop and search anyone they find suspicious. But, while some see it as a way to keep the streets safer, others see it as racial profiling. Elaine Quijano reports.
