Morphing touch screen gives buttons to the button-less

Silicon Valley start-up Tactus Technology has created liquid buttons for touch screens that can morph into different shapes on command, but remain flat, sleek and smooth when not in use. CBSNews.com's Nick Dietz reports on the technology that gives buttons to the button-less.
